This peter pan collar baby dress is not for larger toddler sizes, but I would count 12 months as a nearly-toddler! The free pattern features a darling peter pan collar and buttons down the front.

Two Toned Tank Dress

This adorable two toned tank dress from Life Sew Savory is totally free and comes in sizes 12m – 9y! This is an easy and great pattern for summer that is simple, but with the two contrasting fabrics adding interest.
